I think it’s about time I let you in on a little secret. For the past year, I’ve been working on what will be the very first RAC album. Nope, not remixes. Completely original material.
I’ve asked friends/artists I love to sing over my songs and the response has been phenomenal. Unfortunately, I can’t talk about that yet, but let’s just say that I got some of my favorite artists to collaborate with me. It still kinda blows my mind. Some of them are even people I’ve looked up to for a better half of my life.
Single in the next couple months, maybe earlier. Album later this year.

I’ve preemptively answered some questions about this:
Q: Will you stop doing remixes? (whining voice)
A: Obviously not.
Q: Buttt.. you’re called Remix Artist Collective… (whining voice)
A: We sorta grew past remixing. It’s still a very important part of what we do, but it felt like limiting it was a bad idea. Over the past 2 years or so, we’ve been trying to focus more on just RAC as some sort of stamp or brand. The name is an important part of who we are and where we started, but I’m not gonna let it hold us back from doing stuff.
Q: Is the album really called Album 1? (whining voice)
A: No, I haven’t picked a title yet.
